Note : Bihar, Chhattisgarh, J&K, Jharkhand, Manipur, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Sikkim, Tamilnadu, Uttaranchal, Uttar pradesh, West Bengal, Dadar & Nagar Haveli, Daman & Diu & Puducherry have not sent the returns for the year 2003. Bihar, Chhatisgarh, J&K, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Sikkim, Tamil Nadu, Uttrakhand, U.P., West Bengal, D & N Haveli, Daman & Diu and Puducherry have not sent the returns for the year 2004. Assam Bihar, Chhatisgarh,J&K, Manipur, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Sikkim,Tamil Nadu,Uttrakhand,U.P.,West Bengal,D&N Haveli,Daman & Diu and Puducherry have not sent the returns for the year 2005. + The per capita average annual earnings work out to be less for the year 2005 as compared to the year 2004.In this regard, scrutiny letters were sent to all the seven States viz. Andhra Pradesh, Rajasthan, Tripura, Orissa,Goa Jharkahand and Maharashtra. All the States but Goa and Orissa had confirmed the figures reported.
